While our pie baked we made Toasted Pumpkin Seeds. (recipe to the right)
Of coarse Graham loved the squishy feeling of separating the seeds from the pumpkin guts. Hannah... I had to coax and have a dish towel ready for her hands. She hates to get them dirty. (She got that honestly from me)
